Product Overview
WCu70 / CuW70 (70% tungsten, 30% copper) is a high-performance customized tungsten-copper block professionally manufactured by Zhuzhou Jiuding Metal Technology using advanced vacuum infiltration powder metallurgy technology. Built on the baseline requirements of GB/T 8320-2017 and ASTM B702 dual standards, we provide optimized non-standard 70W30Cu customized blocks for special industrial scenarios. This customized grade features flexible composition tolerance and upgraded overall performance: W 70±3%, Cu 30±3%, density 13.7–14.5 g/cm³, hardness 83–100 HRB, and electrical conductivity 45–55% IACS. It perfectly combines tungsten's high-temperature resistance, arc-erosion resistance and structural rigidity with copper's excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, delivering superior mechanical toughness and stable electrical performance.
