Manufactured by mature powder metallurgy liquid-phase sintering and precision rod forming technology, these dart rod blanks strictly comply with Mil-T-21014 US military standard, ASTM B777-99 / ASTM B777-15 (R2020), Chinese GB national quality standards and GB/T 1804-2000 dimensional tolerance specification. Available in two mainstream grades: 90W-Ni-Fe (density 16.85–17.25 g/cm³) and 95W-Ni-Fe (density 17.75–18.35 g/cm³), the series covers entry-level and high-end professional dart production requirements.

Tungsten dart rod blanks feature ultra-high density, uniform microstructure, stable hardness and excellent machinability. Compared with brass, steel and low-density alloy dart materials, tungsten nickel iron blanks achieve higher weight in smaller volume, enabling slimmer dart barrel design, better center-of-gravity concentration and more stable throwing performance.
